Celia apparently, for some unknown reason, DID NOT MARRY either Loveda/Lovely or David P'Simer The bonds were taken out and the persons who went on the bonds forfeited their 50 pounds in each case. That was not unusual, I have found several like that.
Lovely/alt/sp. lived as neighbors to the Howards in early Knox Co. His name appears on the personal tax list until he moved to Floyd Co where the lists are lost from the years between the late 1790s and 1837 or so. I have no idea what happened to him, he disappeared as many men did in that era. I have so much material in my computer that I am deleteing a lot of things that I have photo copies of. I can always rescan things. Rause Lovely is spelled as Ross sometimes and a couple of other ways for both given and surname. NO ONE knows who he was or from whence he came. All they have is speculation but they never call it that.
It is my opinion that Celia in 1860 was living with A DAUGHTER who married Elijah Green. He was a gr son of Lewis Green. In 1870 she is living with her son Wm. I have explained numerous time how I PROVED that William Howard had changed his name to Lovely.
