01-08-1999: Information provided by Phil Sansone (b. 1919): The Termini records have the addition of "Leonardo" to Antonino's name and the genealogist (Kathy Kirkpatrick) who performed the research explained that given the addition of a middle name and the closeness of the birthdates to Leonardo, that the first Leonardo was either infirmed, near death or had died before the birth of Antonino and that Leonardo was added to assure continuance of the name, which was probably the first name of the father of Phil Sansone's grandfather's second wife.
This Antonino emigrated to the US and lived with Phil Sansone's (b. 1919) family in Malone, NY for a very short time. When Phil Sansone was a sub-teen, he remembers that he used to see Antonino once in a while and then he stopped coming around to visit. Phil's oldest brother John, now deceased, told Phil that Tony would visit Phil's father's brother Frank, who also lived in Malone, but Frank never came near Phil's family, supposedly because the families had a falling out for some unknown reason.
Family rumor has it that he got married and lived in Oswego, but Phil Sansone has been unable to pin that down.
Antonino may have married and lived in Oswego, NY.
