01-05-1999: Information supplied by St. Mary's Cemetery; Dewitt, NY indicates that Frank was buried November 3, 1962 at age 47 yrs.

05-02-1999: Tombstone was examined at St. Mary's Cemetery today. There is both an etching of his name at the base of the "Sansone" monument and also a flat marker over his grave. The monument has the name "Francis A." inscribed in the stone while the marker has "Frank J." Flat marker also indicates that he was in the TEC5 Quartermaster Corps in WWII

06-23-1999: Obituary of his brother, Andrew S. (Henry) Sansone, who died on June 16, 1948 lists his brother as "Frank J."

06-23-1999: Obituary obtained from the Syracuse Herald-Journal dated Thursday November 1, 1962, p. 42. Frank (Fritz) Sansone, 47, of 157 W. Lafayette Avenue; a native of Syracuse, died yesterday at his home after a long illness.
Mr. Sansone was a salesman for the Ideal Fruit and Produce Co. for 15 years, retiring last March due to illness. He was a veteran of WW II and a communicant of Our Lady of Lourdes church.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Florence A Sansone, two daughters, Mrs. Jack Ewing and Miss Debra J. Sansone; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Salvatore Sansone; his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Josephine LaNasa; two sisters, Mrs. LeRoy Gustke and Mrs. Willima Anderson, and a grandson.
Services will be at 8:15 Saturday at eh John g Butler Funeral Home and a 9:00 AM in Our Lady of LOurdes Church. burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
Death: He was 47 yrs, 4 mos, 17 days at the time of his death.
