4 Nov 1924: Obituary obtained from the Rochester Times-Union Tuesday November 4, 1924, abt. p. 6 and also from the Rochester Democrat & Chronicle Wednesday November 5, 1924, p. 25. Obituaries state that she died on November 4, 1924 at the home of her sister, Mrs. L. J. Purpura, at the age of 25. Her husband John D'Aprile survives her, along with her mother, Mrs. M. Mascari and her remaining sisters: Frances, Anna and Inez (the D&C incorrectly lists the sisters last names as D'Aprile); and her two brothers, Paul and Thomas.

20 Jan 1999: Holy Sepulchre Cemetery has her listed in their records as "Lucia" and marker at her grave lists her name as "Lucie." Obituaries listed her name as "Lucie Irene D'Aprile."
Burial: She is buried in Section SO-5, Lot 32, Grave 5-NE.
