Died 23 March 2000, Breathitt Co, KY¹
Kendall and Madeline lived in Nancy Jane Allen and Will Press Power's house on Rt 1090 off of Rt 7 until first Madeline passed (1997) and Kendall passed (2000).
Death: Based on a phone call to Dunn & Prater Funeral Home (Aug 2000), Laurie SCARPACE Levy was told that Kendall died at a hospital in Campton, KY, was buried from a funeral home there, and is buried locally. Whoever was in charge must not have known of Kendall's devotion to his deceased wife Madeline because there is a plot reserved next to her in Bluegrass Cemetery.

Born 1943
Birth: Kendall found out in October 1999 that he had this daughter. She is married and has 3 daughters - all supposedly graduated at the top of their classes from college. Two of the girls are teachers, one is a nurse. Kendall's daughter is a school counselor. She showed up on his doorstep one day and introduced herself. Apparently Kendall and Mossie had been "keeping company" when he went in the service. Mossie never told him about her pregnancy even though she named him as father on the daughter's birth certificate.

Louisa Blanton is currently caring for Kendall in his home.(LMcK-1999) Kendall died before Laurie could visit him again.
