Burial: Nancy Jane is buried next to her second husband, Will Press POWER. Their daughter Madeline POWER Arnett is buried nearby. Another daughter, Ethel Mae POWER Flint also will be buried in a plot next to her husband, William E. Flint.

Madaline was only 1 year old in 1910. Madaline was the half-sister of Bertha Marie Salyer Salyer Poye Weiss Puchalski. Bertha was 18 yrs older than Madeline.
Death: She died of congestive heart failure.

Kendall and Madeline lived in Nancy Jane Allen and Will Press Power's house on Rt 1090 off of Rt 7 until first Madeline passed (1997) and Kendall passed (2000).
Death: Based on a phone call to Dunn & Prater Funeral Home (Aug 2000), Laurie SCARPACE Levy was told that Kendall died at a hospital in Campton, KY, was buried from a funeral home there, and is buried locally. Whoever was in charge must not have known of Kendall's devotion to his deceased wife Madeline because there is a plot reserved next to her in Bluegrass Cemetery.

Marriage: According to the 1910 U.S. Census, Nancy Jane and Will Press Power had been married 3 years. She was 44; he was 29 years of age. There is a photograph of Nancy taken in 1944 when she was 78. The photo was inscribed to Olga Scarpace "from Grandma."
